As far as practical training is concerned CAI provides the best training with all different kinds of specialised equipments and professional chefs are there to train us. As a student of this college ,I personally have gained lot of knowledge by working with the specialised tools and equipment.

Yes the culinary academy is the best practical training institute, why because iam one of the student of that academy .i am proud to be in that academy , they teach us everything what they know. As a craft course student i can say that u can join in that college.
