Is cutoff for gate biotechnology 2019 going to decrease considerably to get admission in mtech at IIT kharagpur during this year?

The cutoffs change every year depending on many factors like difficulty level of the exam, no. of students appeared, no. of students qualified, etc. So the cutoffs cannot be predicted now. You can however go through the previous years cutoff where you can get a idea about this year cutoff.
