But while choosing the college it is necessary to develope short list of good Colleges.So rank your priorities while choosing any college. Civil engineers generally work in a variety of locations and conditions.There are various job opportunities in this field. There are some jobs like project manager,senior civil engineer,architect,etc.

Now if we see the scope for civil engineering. Then I would say that,If you are ready to take in-depth knowledge of the subjects and you have an interest in that field, it doesn't matter much which branch has the more scope.because all branches of engineering are good at their place.

Only one should consider the interest and accordingly develope your career.
