Is daily 5 hour self preparation is enough to get 9.5 +cpi in 1st year engineering.i am hard working,regular in study.

Yeah you can , but don't think that if you are preparing for 5 hours daily then definitely you can get it rather this try to clear your concepts in the class itself such that it didn't require you the extra effort and try not to become a book worm rather this explore the other things also.
