No, date of birth certificate is not a necessary document to provide at the time of certificate verification. The documents required for NEET AIQ counselling are given below
NEET ADMIT CARD
NEET SCORE CARD
Class 10th certificate and marksheet (for date of birth proof)
Class 12th certificate and mark sheet
Government photo ID proof (ex:Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
Eight passport size photographs
Provisional Allotment Letter
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
PwD Certificate (if applicable)
Your class 10th certificate is considered as date of birth proof so you don't have to provide any date of birth certificate.

However it is advisable to bring a birth certificate alongwith other documents and also keep your aadhar card with you.
