Hello Aspirant,
If you belong to OBC and Delhi at the same time, then you are, without any doubt, eligible for getting admission in whichever institute you want if your scores of IPU CET are enough to pass the cut-off score.
In the 85% state quota, 27% of the seats are reserved for the OBC candidates.
