Is delhi university allow admission without orginal tc and cc If iam agree to submit orginal tc and cc in a specific date

Yes, you can submit your transfer certificate and character certificate after completing your admission in the college by submitting an application that states that you will submit these certificates after a certain amount of time and that your admission will be canceled if your documents are not submitted. But, make sure to get your TC and CC on time and submit them.

I have the attested copy of both cc and tc. But the original is not with me. I will get orginal cc and tc only if i cancel admission from the college. Thus i can submit both tc and cc after cancelling my admission here. Did delhi university allow this..??

Yes, but for that you have to talk in the college itself. If you have a photocopy, it maybe easier but even if you don't, just go and discuss in the admission department and explain your problem, then you can get another date.
