Yes the marksheet of 10th class from digilocker is valid and acceptable for any admissions as it is digitally verified and signed by CBSE.

In some cases authority may accept your 10th class marksheet in digital form but may also ask for a physical one as well. So it will be better to have a printout of the marksheet with you for taking admission in DIET, so that you do not face any issue.
