hey,
as you have completed your 10+2 then in my opinion aspirant who have done their 10+2 would not go for diploma in any stream reason being 12th passed aspirant are eligible to pursue any of the bachelors course then why should go for diploma
if you want to do something in field of electrical engineering then i would suggest you to opt bachelors of technology (B.tech) in electrical engineering , doing so would lead to have a degree not just a diploma
