To appear in MHT CET exam,
candidates must have completed a Diploma in Engineering and Technology with at least a 45 percent aggregate score (for general candidates) or at least a 40 percent aggregate score (only for candidates who fall into a reserved category, a backward category, or who are people with disabilities and are residents of Maharashtra State). Candidates must be B.Sc. graduates.
There is no compulsion to hold diploma degree, but yes , diploma holders can also apply for the CET to get into an engineering degree programme.
It would add degree to your education.
