For preparing NEET biology, the only best book is NCERT.
You should go through each and every topic, diagrams, tables, data etc. . You should not even miss the introduction of unit and the description of scientists written before the chapter.
After you have read ncert book multiple times, then you should solve the MCQs.
For Mcqs I would suggest you:

• Ncert at your fingertips
• Allen/Akash Modules

You can also study from Disha Biology extract book as a reference book because some points are not clearly written in Ncert.

This is all you need to do for scoring 300+ in biology.
