BBA students undergo personality development sessions and workshops to groom them into future business leaders with a difference. Role plays, business simulation exercises, projects, presentations and case study analyses are used to develop students' business acumen and analytical abilities. Mock group discussions and personal interviews are held regularly to prepare students for summer internships and placements.

What is interesting about the college is its unique efforts towards developing its students in a holistic manner.
