Is Doing BA in Mass communications form Malaysia or Singapore as good as if not better than Indian Universities?

Pursuing a BA in mass communications from Singaporean or a Malaysian university is better than pursuing the same from an Indian University. The scope of this course is very wide and this is considered to be an evergreen field, hence the job prospective is great in both India and in abroad.
