If you are interested in Higher Studies or research in same stream then you may go for M.Tech else mba would be a good option. you should have 55 % in B. Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for Mtech : IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT Dhanbad, NIT Surathkal,NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, , Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar ,Punjab, College of Engineering, Anna University,DTU,VIT, BITS, IIIT Hyderabad, IIEST Howrah, College of Engineering Pune, Jadavpur University, IIIT Allahabad,Anna University

If you are not interested in learning technology any more , only then you should pursue MBA . You should have cleared any one entrance test ( such as CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT/GMAT/NEST ) and should also have min of 45% to 55% in your bachelors .you can do MBA in any specializations of your interest. Some Good Colleges are: IIMs , XLRI

Pros of integrated B.Tech and M.B.A. degree

The aspirants who opt for MBA after B.Tech degree has to study four year B.Tech course and then opt for 2 year MBA course. In this way the candidate will get the degree only after 6 years of study where as a candidate opting for integrated course has to study only for five years. The numbers of years spend for obtaining M.B.A. is less in the integrated course.

The candidate can obtain the technical knowledge as well as managerial skill together with this course. The candidate can shine in any industry by possessing these two skills.

The person with dual degree can shine better as they can show both the technical and managerial skills.

The MBA degree will provides the engineers to work in a more organized way. The candidates having dual degree will be having the knowledge of using the management skills and technical knowhow.

The candidates who opt for integrated course can get both the degrees B.Tech and M.B.A after clearing one entrance test. The candidates who study B.Tech first have to appear for entrance test again to join M.B.A. course.

Both of them are excellent options.

You can join IiM indore 5year integrated course by appearing for IPMAT.

You can akso take up SPJAin Integrated Btech MBA ciurse.

Also you can tak eup mBA from IIMs post Btech by appearubg for CAT and GMAT.

The return on investment is excellent in both scenarios.

Hi

According to me you can go for any 1 of them. But doing b.tech and then mba would be a better option than directly doing MBA.

It's my personal opinion.No offence!!!!

Thank-you!!!!
