Hi NT!
Greetings!
Let us discuss,,
• Campus :
The campus is decent. Don't expect IIT or NIT like campus.
• Labs for CSE and IT :
The labs are also good and well established.
• Faculty :
The scenario is not different here. Few faculties are good and others are not. Actually it depends on your choice.
• Placements :
Everybody wants to know, “placement kyasa ha?” (How is the placement?). The answer is -not good. It is quite obvious because placement also depends on the quality of the students. Microsoft came 2 years ago with ₹10 lakhs per annum, but no-one was selected. So I think Microsoft will never come again.
Service oriented companies like Capegimi, Wipro etc come for recruitment and the average package is like ₹3.5 lakhs per annum.
The scenario of every private (except few) colleges is almost same. Private colleges don't care about your career, they only care about their business. So if you want to do something, you have to do it on your own.
But it is completely wrong that if you do engineering from private colleges, there is no good career opportunity. There are unlimited opportunities.
