Hello dear..
I was getting chemical in NIT Warangal and CSE in BIT Mesra . I took NITW and very happy with my decision.
It depends on ur choice. If u r really interested in a particular branch , then u should go for it irrespective of college. But otherwise, as the course is same for all branches in first year, you can apply for branch change after you have a proper knowledge of all the branches
