Yes domicile certificate is compulsory  for state counselling of neet.Its a proof that you are actually a resident of your state.The proformas for domicile certificate is available in your official website of nta neet. You need to get printout of the same and fill it up with necessary details.A passport size photograph of yours is also needed.Then you need to get it attested by a gadgeted officer. A sign with a valid stamp is required.

yes for state counselling ,domicile certificate of the state that you belong to is necessary. its the proof that you actually belong to that state. it will be required during all the steps after online registration and choice filling like document verification , till you get admitted to the college.
