Whether you are doing any graduation course from any college,At the time of admission domicile certificate is required by every college or university.So at the time of admission your domicile certificate should be available and if you are less than 18 years then you can provide your father's certificate also. But there is the need of this certificate at the time of admission and also after the admission.
