thank you approaching us . Domicile is a person's permanent place of dwelling. It is a legal relationship between a person and a locality. So your Aadhar card also is a proof for your residing since it has the address in it . So, the aadhar should probably be sufficient to apply for counselling .

If you are applying for the state quota seats in any of the state then you should have the domicile or meet the other required criteria to get admission there. Which state you wish to take admission for medical programme.
