Doon University was established in 2009 but still, it is not a deemed to be university. Doon University is a state university which better than a deemed university. It does not provide graduation from engineering. It has other options like B. Sc, M. Sc, B.A., M.A., BBA, MBA, etc.

Doon University is a state public university located in the city of Dehradun in north Indian state of Uttarakhand . The university was established by goverment. The first academic session of university was started from July 2009. The university follows a semester system with two semesters every year

But it not allowed off capus affilation so its not a deemed university. DOON UNIVERSITY IS NOT DEEMED AS ITS AFFILATED TO UGC..
