As clearly mentioned in the guidelines, no ornamentals are to be worn in the examination centre, you are not allowed to wear any earning for the NEET 2020 exam.
You'll be going through a metal detector before proceeding into the exam hall and if any suspicious or banned item is found in your possession, you could be barred from appearing in the examination.
It's better to go through the guidelines at least thrice, before entering the gate!

No you are not allowed to wear ornaments. Candidates cannot carry items like wristwatch, wallet, handbags, belt, cap, ornaments. National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) on September 13, 2020, in pen and paper-based mode. NEET will now serve as the single entrance test to get admission in all MBBS and BDS seats offered in the country’s educational institutes.
