Dr. BR Ambedkar college of information technology bijnor can be a better option for electrical engineering through UPSEE. You can study electrical engineering there but the level of exposure can be low when compared to other colleges. Also the placements records are not that much good when compared to NITs and IITs. So i will suggest you to give the JEE examination and take a better college in UP.
