Hey. You shouldn't be worrying about that. There will be ample of opportunities for you to learn the Engineering Drawing which includes manual drawing as well as computer aided drawings. And it is very different from the usual drawing skills you are talking about. Mostly, you will be using tools to draw during your engineering course which is quite the same for everyone.
