I got 81k rank last year and 4610 this year so I'd say thats a good story to keep you motivated. Just study. There are no tricks, tips, solutions. Dont make excuses, dont find reasons, just keep your head in it and again, for the love of god, study. Many students around me didnt study in the drop year and said stuff like "I'm not intelligent enoguh" or "I study, i dont know why I'm not able to score well." Its all a hoax. You study, you score. As simple as that. Atleast 6 hours of study per day after coaching, and 10 without coaching. This is the bare minimum, and you should aim to overdo it by atleast 2 hours everyday.
According to your query,
Yes taking one year drop is not easy for a student as far as his career is considered. He or she is willing to qualify in JEE mains and advanced to get top colleges of India. Now I don't have story for anyone but yes you will get many examples across your journey who have got IITs or NITs after dropping for an year. All you need is good studies during your drop year and more and more revise your concepts.
Hope you find it useful.
Thank you
Hi aditya!
Well, students take a year off a lot these days.
And you being successful in the field only depends on how you study and how you get motivated and make sure that the dropped year goes to waste.
There are many aspirants for whom the situation has gone both ways.
Many who were not able to make it the first time adopted a religious study pattern and concentrated only on their preparation and have made it succesfully.Whereas others lacked motivation and couldn't perservere through it
There are a number of success stories
But all in all it depends on you the candidate.
