There are no traditional B.Tech courses in Delhi university aka DU(Read the full answer though). It only offers diploma, certificates, bachelors, postgraduate, doctoral and postdoctoral courses in wide range of fields i.e. humanities, basic sciences, applied sciences, medicines, commerce, life sciences etc. But unfortunately, as of now, no IIT/NIT type engineering curriculum is available in DU. However, It used to be there when Delhi College of Engg(autonomous DTU now) and NSIT(autonomous now) were part of DU and therefore controlled by Delhi University. Then again, a few years back DU experimented a new concept as it converted its 3-year bachelor's courses in the field of computer sciences and applied sciences into four years B.Tech equivalent. but due to lots of hue and cry, DU had to roll it back. So at this very moment, there is notraditional BTechavailable at DU.

However

The Cluster innovation centre of DU has started a course namedB.Tech. (Information Technology & Mathematical Innovations). But don't compare it with regular BTech in CS or IT as it has its own dimensions and concept. It is aimed to turn super analytical engineering centric brains into the field of research and innovation. Its graduates will be a rare blend of a traditional white coat researcher and a funky modern programmer/software developer/IT guy. Go for BTech CS/IT from IITs/NITs/JNTU/DTU, if you want to earn a handsome salary and perfect social status. But if you wanna do something great for this mankind, if you like to be the door opener for the future and if you sometimes understand the mathematical patterns in nature, thenthis BTech course at DUis absolutely for you.

As per best of my knowledge, only DU's regular first-year students with a valid JEE score can apply in this course(You must confirm it from authorised sources though).
