No, Delhi University does not provide any 5 year integrated law courses like BA LLb. DU only offers a 3 year law course which you can do after you've completed a graduation degree.
There are various other good colleges in India that provide BA LLB 5 year law course like

For the same reason you cant apply for DU LLB after class 12th. You can apply only after competition of any graduation course.
Yoi have other entrances for law after 12th like CLAT, MHCET, SLAT, LSAT etc
