Is during time of decentralized counseling I can get general seats if seats are not available in OBC A category as I am Domiciled in WB

Yes but for that the category benefits will not be entertained and you will be consider as a general category student.So,be aware that a good rank can only fetch you a seat in general category.Most of the students get these seats in general category.All the best and hope for the best.Feel free to ask.
