Hi there,
EAMCET stands for Engineering, architecture and medical common entrance test for admissions into various medical and engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh state. Whereas NEET stands for national eligibility cum entrance test is an examination held every year for admissions into various medical colleges across India.
NEET js more tougher than EAMCET because in EAMCET only particular state candidate's are fighting for a medical, engineering seat whereas in NEET candidate's from all over India are fighting for a medical seat.
So if you preparing for EAMCET along with NEET then surely there is no need to study separately for EAKCET examination.
So go for it without any doubt.
Hope this answer will help you. Revert back incase of any query.
