Electrical Engineering is an interesting subject. It entails the knowledge of Power systems, control systems, AC and DC, Transformers, Electronic circuits etc. In fact if you study well and from a good college you can get a job in public sector companies also.

You can not categorize it as hard or easy. If you understand the concepts well it will be easy for you.

All the best

It is definitely not hard or complicated. Yes, it is challenging, but everything will be a challenge until to go to it. Electrical Engineering is not hard to learn, it is not time consuming.

You will need to imagine things which you can't see. For instance, electrical fields. You can't grasp this concepts by looking at a couple of pictures or memorizing things, you need to think openly. Most of the things which are taught in Electrical engineering are related to phenomenon you can see around. But the finer details will not come to you learn by hand and not merely by eyes. If you are doing electomagnetic theory, try working out the theory, think about the implications of it, how the theory will influence things.

This will create interest within you.
