Is electronics and communication or electronics and telecommunication a good branch ?? ... is it comparable to IT and CSE ?? ...

Yes definitely ECE is good course too. As in ECE too there are programming languages too. And you be a developer too after taking ECE. After taking ECE you can choose to other branches like cs, it, eee, machatronics, cn but when u go to cs then it suited to go to computer field only not Electronics. All the best.
