No there is no different eligiblity criteria.

Eligibility criteria to take admission :

• Minimum 75% marks in 12 th from any recognise boards ( for general and OBC )
• Minimum 65% for sc/ St .

Or be in top 20 percentile of your boards .

So according to the percentile criteria there may be difference in the cut off marks for the percentile for different boards.

no the Eligibility Criteria is same for all which is given below:

• Candidates should rank among the top candidates in Paper-1 of JEE (Main), broken down per category. For example, for JEE (Advanced) 2019 the top 245,000 were eligible, but only 46.5% of those were open for all, the rest being reserved for special categories.
• Candidates should be less than 25 years of age, with five year relaxation for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
• Candidates can attempt examination at most two times in two consecutive years.
• Candidates should have qualified the Class XII Board Examination (or equivalent) in the previous year.
• Candidates should not have accepted admission in any of the IIT earlier.

For taking admission in IITs,  you have to appear for the JEE mains exam and then for JEE Advanced exam,  you need a good rank,  below 10k to get a seat in IIT,  there is no role of boards percentage in getting a seat in IIT,  you just need 75% marks in 12 board exams to sit in JEE advanced.
