There isn't any mention of NAAC accreditation in the website of Eluru College of Engineering And Technology, however it is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada and is AICTE approved. It is a self financing private institute managed by Padmavati Educational Society.

NAAC is an accreditation body which comes under UGC, while UGC approves a college or university, NAAC accredits programs offered by it. Anyway, approval of UGC, itself proves legality.
