Bachelor of Pharmacy(B.Pharm.) is a 4 year undergraduate program which is compulsory for anyone who wants to practice as a pharmacist. B. Pharmacy is study of preparing and conferring drugs and medicines for a number of illnesses and deficiencies.

Basically admission is done on merit basis but some colleges give admission by conducting entrance exam to test the knowledge of students.

So it totally depend on the college in which in you wish to take admission. So entrance exam is not compulsory in every college for b.pharma.
