some of them accept JEE score and also have their own entrance exam. Most of these colleges have 5-10 seats reserved for management quota, so you have chances to get a seat without writing any entrance exam.

See for taking admission in any of the college u must have to clear any of the entrance exam which that college accepts. For example JEE MAINS is one of the common exam to take admission in most of the colleges.

See the branch u want to take admission is one of the rarest branch in the engineering field as it is mixture of mechanical electrical and electronics. So u must be having that type of college too.
