In Neet -UG entrance exam ,basically your 12th score doesn't matter untill you meet up the requirement of eligibility criteria i.e. minimum of 50% aggregate of marks in your 10+2 exams.And according to your question whether the results would be out before Neet or after Neet 2019 ,that would surely be dependent on the board of your school i.e. if your from State board it would depend on the board of examination of that state or else if you're from cbse or isc ,then your result would most probably be declared after the Neet exam .Hope this information is helpful and good luck.

Hello aspirant.
NEET examination will be conducted on first Sunday of May every year .
According to me it is good if the board result is declared after NEET examination. Because , think a person is very good in studies and prepared very well for NEET , but he didn't did well in board exam due to any reason. It will definitely effect his NEET examination and he may not do well in the exam .
Hope I'm right .
