Is errorless a good book for neet physics and chemistry?
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
its a good book, specially for physics. It gives you more confident.
Pros
-Covers all possible types of problems
-Includes separate section for assertion and reason questions
-Each chapter has a minimum of 250-300 questions
Eg.. Electricity topic had nearly 1200... Oops
-Increasing difficulty level
-Detailed solutions
-Not many bks concentrate on conceptual theory qns
-By the side of each qn they mention the exam, year.("The feel you get when you solve an AIIIMS Qn")
-Increases ur efficiency and time management (Remember Each qn=1min in the final exams)
Cons
-Problem solving bk, mostly formula based
-So Limited to Medical Aspirants
-Ideal only for final revision phase (Say ur about to take PMT's in next 5-6 months)
-In biology the content is vast, deviates from NCERT syllabus
-Increased work load. (Oh That's supposed to be a positive)
- Bulky Books ( More wt on ur shoulders)
I would suggest you to strengthen ur base with NCERT, Class notes. Use this bk during ur Revision exams with a strict schedule..
All the best.
Ignore the last few cons, I couldn't find any other negatives
Only u can decide what's good for u I can only tell u the type of questions it have .
Errorless has a bit tough questions if u like challenges then it's nice .
If u don't want to practice too many questions of single topic then it's nice .
Before picking up any of the books of competitive exam preparations make sure that ur concepts are clear .concept building is a primary thing so focus on that first when that's done u can proceed to any of the competitive exam books according to ur caliber and interest .
Let me know if u have any more queries...
Partially No!!!
Because if you preparing from scratch then it wont be helping you much so it would be better if you do it once you are done with NCERTs and other reference books as errorless is good for revision purpose because it has 100-200 MCQs of same type so it would good if you do it later when your preparation status is at decent level.
Apart from this, you can consider below books as well for your preparation -
Physics - 1. The Concept of Physics by HC Verma 2. Objective Physics by Prof. Satya Prakash Arya (MTG Publishers) 3. Concepts of Competition Physics For CBSE PMT by Agarwal 4. NCERT Physics by Anil Aggarwal
Biology - 1. Moderns ABC of Biology for XI & XII – B. B. Arora, A. K. Sabharwal- Modern Publishers 2. Exploring Biology (Vol 1 & 2) – Sanjay Sharma & Sudhakar Banerjee – Arihant Publications 3. Objective Biology (Vol 1, 2 & 3) – K. N. Bhatia / K. Bhatia – Dinesh Publications 4. Medical Entrances Biology (Vol 1, 2 & 3) – Mamta R. Solanki & Lalita Ghotik – Target Publications
Chemistry - 1. Physical Chemistry by OP Tandon (G. R. Bathla Publications) 2. Objective Chemistry (Set of 3 Vols) (S. Dinesh & Co.) 3. Modern’s ABC of Chemistry (Part 1 & 2) 4. Organic Chemistry by Himanshu Pandey (GRB Publication)
Hope this helps!!!
Errorless is a gud book for physics but i will not recommed it to u fr chemestry
Y u should solve errorless physics
1.direct question are asked frm it in neet
2.max variety of question
3.exposure to differnt type of concept
4.it comes with solution(thats helpful)
5.large no of question to practice
#warning
But remember while solving it..don't go for any other book or module solve it 2 or 3 time min
#my experience
