Is every iit contain seats in biological science?
Hello,
As per the latest news, IIT Kanpur is conducted the IIT JAM 2020 Exam and the biological science subject will not be included in the exam paper. This year only 6 subjects for appearing in the examination.
So, if you want to appear in biological science then i think now you should appear in biotechnology. because BL does not contain any seat for JAM.
So, when we check the biological science syllabus we will find that biological science and biotechnology is similar.
So, if you want to get the admission in IITs, NITs for MSc then you can check the IIT JAM Biotechnology detail and start preparing now.
Thank You!!
IIT JAM is a Joint Admission Test for those who wish to seek admission in IITs or IISc Bangalore for M.Sc in seven courses and one of them is Biological Science. You must fulfil the eligibility criteria of IIT JAM before applying for this M.Sc course. You must have secured atleast 55 percent or CGPA 5.5 out of 10 for General/OBC category; Aggregrate 50 percent or CGPA 5.0 out of 10 for SC/ST,PWD Category.
No IITs,provide M.Sc in Biological Science. However,IISc Bangalore does provide integrated program for Biological Science.
