Is EWS quota students are only eligible for 10%seats rest of gen seats are not available for them

Hello sir,
As reservation granted for EWS candidates is 10%, if the secure admission on these reserved seats they will have the benefit of reduced cutoffs. They are free to apply as a General candidate too, but then they will be considered if they are eligible according to the cutoff for general category students.
