During counselling process sit will be alloted to you on the basis of category rank if you belongs to any reservation category. In your case if you belongs to EWS Category so your EWS rank would be taken into consideration for counselling.

So yes, it will be taken into consideration if you belong to that category in CSAB rounds along with your CRL.
