But telangana has implemented this.. y not andhra pradesh.  Accord. to norms, to apply ews quota there should be an increase in number of seats... ..Is there any situation for this going to happen

EWS reservation has been accepted but it is not sure whether they will apply it for the admissions of 2019-2020. Keep an eye on latest news.  For this particular reservation , you might have to provide an income certificate to get a seat via EWS. EWS category reservation is not applicable for candidates belonging to any other category besides general category. EWS is only available for 10% of the seats..
