Is fee reimbursement for all student Or only for FRESHERS.....?

The fee rembuirsement scheme is eligible for all the students who come into the eligibility criteria or the list
The students who are eligible for fee rembuirsement will get that for all the years of their studies only when the student follows the institution rules perfectly and gets promoted to the next year.
And the students whose parents are the government employees were not eligible for fee rembuirsement.
And the students getting detained or having any criminal case on them also not eligible for the fee rembuirsement.
