Dear, there are always some seats reserved under tuition fee waiver scheme due to AICTE regulations.But those seats are generally filled by toppers of MH-CET.You can expect that there are very few or no chances that you can get those seats in CAP round 4.But,you can avail other scholarship benefits if you want to have.There will be some organisations providing that in your college.
