Hello,
Yes, food processing and dairy technology is a course very few opt for but it is very fruitful careerwise. The food industry is very huge and never going to end. After undergraduate, one can either pursue higher studies or go and work in the food industry. They can be food quality scientists, food technologists, quality manager, nutritionists, etc and give their valuable inputs to food factories, dairy firms and so on.
