Hello there!

Hope you are doing fine.

Food technology is a very popular course among students nowadays. It is a good career option and provide jobs with good salary.

You can become the followings in this field:

Food Technologists

Organic Chemists

Biochemists

Analytical Chemists

Home Economists

Engineers

Research Scientists

Senior Food Technologist

And many more.

If we talk about the syllabus, no one can tell you if it is easy or difficult. If you are interested in the course it will seem easy otherwise any course will be difficult.

I can surely say that it is an interesting subject.

Basically, it is the science compact with all techniques and activities involved in preserving, processing and manufacturing the food stuff. Food technology is not only the branch of engineering but also the branch of food science, hotel management and home science.

Stay safe.

All the best !!
