is fresh registration is possible for BPharmacy second councelling as I have not done registration for first councelling for APEAMCET for2021

Hope you are doing great. Yes, you can apply for second phase counselling without applying for the first one in APEAMCET. After getting seat in the second counselling you will get an allotment letter, and then you can proceed with to the college and get admission into it.
