Hi Sachin.
No, Fresnel's Bi-Prism is not included in JEE Mains syllabus. Checking the previous year questions of recent times also you can tell that questions from Fresnel's Bi-prism have not been asked in JEE Mains. From wave optics and diffraction in JEE Mains, only diffraction due to single slit and width of central maxima are in the syllabus.
