Hey there.
According to the NEET guidelines, there is not any prohibition of wearing dresses like frocks but candidates should wear the dress in which he/she is comfortable enough as the exam lasts for 3 hours and the candidates are required to sit for 3 hours too. Decency and comfort should be kept in mind by considering the decorum of the examination hall.

You are not allowed to wear Jeans and other clothes that have pockets or zips. You can wear any simple suit or trousers. You are not allowed to wear ornaments.
