Is gate 19 for EE paper is easier than gate 16 paper or it is simplest in the history of gate for EE?

Hi dear,
You cannot compare this year paper with 10 year before paper you can only compare with previous two or three years.It was easy when compared with previous two or three year it was simpler.only two or three questions from power electronics was tricky.Both general aptitude and technical section were easy this year.
