Hello Akshita,

Molecular engineering is a science discipline. It is a culmination of methods and theory advancement that allows us to do certain things and achieve certain goals whereas genetic engineering is results of implementing molecular biology tools.

For example:

DNA cutting and splicing is a method of molecular engineering but the resultIng DNA is genetically engineered.
