There are many students who thinks getting off campus placements is tough than getting placement through campus. Well it depends on the perspective of student, also it depends on the college in which you have taken admission. Let us first focus on campus placements,

There are various companies which go for the placements drive all over the country, well the companies first priorities is to have placement drives in top colleges like IITs, NITs, IIITs and Government colleges. However if you are in these types of colleges then it is easy for you to being placed because these colleges provides detailed experience of getting placed in these companies also provide some programs related cracking their interviews according to the job profile.

But now a days it does not manner, companies with big brand names does not focus from which college you have graduate. The main focus of hiring is depends on the skill set of Individual, if an individual have basic skills, knowledge and an experiences he/she can definitely hits the bullseye. The only drawback of getting a placement through off campus is that the individual needs to consistently connect with the company, like when they hire, for what role they hire, what skill set they wants and many more, getting placements through colleges in beneficial just because these all details and procedure are provided by placement office.
